The yarn is soft (a really lovely feel) and easy to crochet with. The colors are pretty and have a nice sheen. I have ordered many colors. It is, to me equivalent to yarn size 2 “fine.” It does produce a good stitch definition. It has strength with a little stretch. It is easy to correct if that happens. I truly believe a beginner can use this yarn if they have their basic stitches down and can handle hooks D, E, F, G, H, I, and J. I am an intermediate crocheter and aspiring to be an expert some day. I found crochet hook E worked well for me on the doll clothes (for my 6-year-old granddaughter, Ava!). I have made a market bag with this yarn as well. Shipping was fast, and I would recommend this yarn to family and friends.

Ever have a stuffed animal that you felt like you had to hug to feel its wonderful softness? For every stitch I make, my hands are in love with the feeling of the material. This is a forgiving material to work with for beginners that also doesn't get dingy with being handled or being reworked over and over again. Great for beginners and wonderful for advanced crochet/knitting due to its qualities. I don't write very many reviews, and honestly, I wrote one since it came to my mind that I would even buy again and stash it away as a forever-loved skein that would remain untouched for a project and be a jewel in my stash but then I want to get one of each color as well. Loved the skeins I received, 2 colors so far now just to work on getting all the rest of the colors!

I like everything about the yarn: it’s soft, has even thickness, and has great sheen; it is easy to knit. Finished garment is light weight, good for summer, drapes very nicely. You do not need much yarn for a knitted project. If you going to make sleeveless or drop shoulder garments you can make 2 from the package size Xl-L. It is not the first garment I knit using that combination of fibers and I like it very much.

I made a 50"x60" afghan with this yarn. The value was very good. I used about 21 total balls, which was about half as much as I thought I would need. I used an "E" (3.5mm) hook for this project. One size bigger could also work, but due to the split nature, I do not recommend smaller or making amigurumi.
This yarn washed up very well. I washed it in a sweater bag.
1. Vinegar rinse to "set" colors, just in case.
2. Wash on warm/cold
3. Tumble dry high till almost dry
4. Remove from bag and block till fully dry.

I love the feel of this yarn. It's soft and seems quite robust.
The color is rich and will make up beautifully into the pattern I purchased it for!

Fantastic product! Super soft extremely satisfied with the purchase. Great for wearables. Because of how thin the yarn is, I wouldn't suggest it for a beginner unless you are waiting to double it up.
